Terms of Service

Reherz turns your topics, prompts, and uploaded documents into AI-generated spoken audio — conversation-style podcasts, study episodes, presentation rehearsal audio, and related formats. The service produces scripts and audio using third-party AI models and text-to-speech providers on your behalf.

You need an account to use most features. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide a valid email address and be legally able to enter this agreement.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Reherz. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Reherz only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. If you use Reherz on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Current plans:

• Free — free, 40 credits per month.
• Pro — $25/month or $240/year, 450 credits per month.
• Expert — $65/month or $624/year, 1,350 credits per month.
• Credit packs (pay as you go) — 100 credits for $10, 300 credits for $23, 600 credits for $44.

Credits are the usage unit for generating audio. Plan credits reset to your plan’s monthly allotment on your billing date — unused plan credits do not roll over. Purchased credit packs expire 12 months after purchase. Unused pack credits are then removed. Credits have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and are non-transferable. Current pricing and plan details are always shown on our pricing page. If we change pricing, existing subscribers will be notified in advance before the change applies to their plan.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.

• Cancel anytime. Your plan stays active through the end of the paid term you already purchased, and you keep access until then.
• No partial refunds are issued for cancelling before the end of a billing period.
• Purchases of credit packs are generally non-refundable once made. If we do issue a refund for a credit pack, the corresponding credits are removed from your balance; your balance will never go below zero as a result.
• If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@reherz.ai and we will review it.

You keep ownership of the prompts, documents, and other materials you upload (“your content”). You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service: storing your content, sending it to the AI and text-to-speech providers we use to generate your scripts and audio, and displaying results back to you. Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use the audio and scripts generated for you, including for commercial purposes. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to any material you upload.

You agree not to use Reherz to:

• violate any law, or infringe others’ intellectual property or privacy rights;
• generate content that is defamatory, harassing, or intended to deceive (including impersonating real people without consent);
• attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or programmatically abuse the service, or circumvent usage limits and credit accounting;
• upload malware or content you do not have the right to use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content available through Reherz infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@reherz.ai with: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) identification of the allegedly infringing material and where it is located; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for them; and (f) your physical or electronic signature. We will review and, where appropriate, remove the material and may terminate repeat infringers’ accounts.

Reherz output is generated by AI. It can be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading, and may not reflect the views of Reherz. Do not rely on generated audio or scripts as professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it or sharing it.

We are a small, actively developed product. Features, models, voices, and limits may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid disrupting paid functionality, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reherz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Reherz from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) content or materials you upload; (b) your use of generated output; or (c) your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

You can stop using Reherz and delete your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (including Sections 5, 8, 10, 11, and 13) survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Talk to us first. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@reherz.ai and give us thirty (30) days to try to resolve the dispute informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court. To the extent permitted by law, any claim must be filed within one (1) year after it arises.

These Terms (plus the policies they reference, including the Privacy Policy) are the entire agreement between you and Reherz about the service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will give notice (for example by email or an in-product notice) before it takes effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
