Privacy Policy

• Account information — your email address and authentication data (including sign-in via supported OAuth providers).
• Content you provide — prompts, chat messages, and documents or materials you upload to generate episodes.
• Generated content — the scripts and audio the service creates for you, stored so you can replay and download them.
• Usage and billing data — credit balance and usage events, plan and subscription status, and billing history metadata. We do not store your full card number; payments are handled by Stripe.
• Technical data — standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) used for security and debugging.

• To generate the scripts and audio you request and operate your account.
• To meter credits, process payments, and prevent abuse.
• To send transactional email (account and billing notices).
• To debug problems and improve reliability.

We do not sell your personal information or your content.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you buy a plan or credit pack, your payment details go directly to Stripe; we receive only what is needed to run your account (for example, subscription status and the last four digits of your card). You can learn more in the Stripe Privacy Policy.

We share data with the providers below only as needed to run the service, under their respective terms:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
• AI providers — your prompts and uploaded materials are sent to the models that generate your content: Anthropic (script writing), Google (Gemini — document understanding and direction), Fish Audio (text-to-speech), and AssemblyAI (speech-to-text alignment for the live transcript).
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Railway — application hosting.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to keep the service secure. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

We keep your account data and content while your account is active. You can export your data and delete your account from within the app; deleting your account removes your content from our systems, except for records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons (such as billing records held with Stripe), and a one-way hash of your email used only to prevent repeat free-credit abuse after deletion. You can also email us to request deletion.

All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access to production data is limited to the operator. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the size of the service.

Reherz is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Depending on your state (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and the Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act), you may have the right to:

• know and access the personal information we hold about you;
• correct inaccurate personal information;
• delete your personal information;
• receive a portable copy of your data;
• opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising — we do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined by these laws, and we do not use it for targeted advertising;
• not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise any right, use the in-app export/delete tools or email support@reherz.ai. We will verify your request via the email associated with your account and respond within the time required by applicable law (generally 45 days). You may use an authorized agent where the law allows. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject line “Privacy appeal,” and we will respond as required by law.

Reherz is operated from the United States, and your data is processed and stored in the U.S. by us and the providers listed above. If you use Reherz from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process your personal data on these legal bases: performance of a contract (providing the service you signed up for), legitimate interests (security, preventing abuse, improving reliability), and consent where required. You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You can exercise them via the in-app tools or by emailing support@reherz.ai, and you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Where our providers transfer data internationally, they rely on safeguards such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses under their own terms.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced by email or in-product notice before they take effect.
