Billing and credit policies
- Unused credits do not roll over — your balance resets to your plan's monthly allotment on your billing date.
- Credit packs expire 12 months after purchase. Unused pack credits are then removed.
- You can cancel anytime. Your plan remains active through the end of your current paid term — no partial refunds for early cancellation.
- If we ever change pricing, existing subscribers will be notified in advance before it applies to their plan.
- * Approximate audio minutes assume direction and audio generation; extraction, script generation, and alignment also consume credits, so actual minutes vary by source, format, and settings.
- Live Script word sync is available in workspace (Presentation Lab). Chat V1 previews include script + audio without Live Script alignment.
